At Sheepproducts.ie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure the products are in their original, unused condition and packaging. Include your order invoice and the Return Authorization code inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse in Dublin. We recommend using a tracked postal service for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
